We put things off for years because of judgement that isn’t real.

0:00Believing that things don't have inherent meaning and then that we have the choice to ascribe whatever meaning we want to things has been very liberating for me in terms of how I can approach business. I have the belief that when I die people will come to my funeral. People will argue over my belongings. People will want to get fed and some people will not be able to make it because something came up 2 months 3 months 2 years after I die. I will never be mentioned again. If people are not going to even care to show up to my funeral, why would I let them have any say over my life? And even the very few people who really care, who might actually speak at your funeral, those people are going to go home. They're going to look at their to-do list and they're going to move on. You have this whole life and we don't take actions and we put things off for years because of judgment that isn't real. Let's meet up.
