Last year, we did $1.3 million in revenue. >> Amazing. >> What's tricky is when snow removal drops off, we have to offload all of our full-time guys. >> Yeah. >> And unload like five times the amount of guys when it snows, and then drop them off after it doesn't snow. And then get all new guys once the spring comes on.

You will do this in the summer, you will do this when it's cold. And that way you can maintain employment here. If I can give you peace of mind that there's nothing wrong with the fact that you deal with this problem, then I feel like that is a good thing. Like I get feature, not bug. That's the business, right? Like for my business, you know how hard it is to find these people?
