0:00You often discuss how our actions come from our environments, but you also discuss the value of reframes. How do you decide when to use reframes versus environmental factors to influence your behavior? >> Why not do both? Like I want to win. I don't really care whether it's because I have magic crystals in my pocket or I'm in synchronicity with the universe or because of vibrating at a higher frequency or because I removed everything in the room and only had a keyboard and a screen which made working the keyboard and the screen the most likely action that I had. And so at the end of the day like why do we care?
0:39I think you should just do whatever maximizes elective success. I don't really pick at all. I think some things are more emotive meaning more emotional and think in those situations I think reframes tend to be easier to employ. Uh basically it's like a reframe can help you once you have you have an emotional outburst that's internal. Uh whereas I would think about environment more as how can I change likely to me taking an action. So if I've already trip wired, I'm a little angry, I'm a little frustrated or something it's like how can I reframe this versus how do I make sure that I show up every day at the gym? Different.
1:09But use them both. If you like this video and you're business owner who wants to break through your current revenue ceiling, I distilled every lesson from scaling 10 businesses past 10 million and three businesses past 100 million into a completely free scaling roadmap that I've used to go from zero to one, zero to 10, and zero to 100 plus. And so you can click here and you can check it out. Again, absolutely free and since you're business owner appreciates you and uh it's great.
