0:00My business is running out of cash and I have 90 days left. As a nutrition coach helping CrossFit everyday athletes, my accountant says to create a low-ticket offer for volume. I'm not sure about this, but I'm scared and lost. >> First off, I strongly disagree with your accountant. If you are unable to get many customers, every customer counts. But if you have a low price point, then that one customer will not make a difference where it counts, which is your bottom line. And so, if you have very few customers and very little attention, you want to sell those very few people for as much money as you possibly can. And so, you need to be willing to give away the farm, give away the kitchen sink to get the customer to say yes at a higher price point. It's like, "Hey, I'm going to I'm going to come to your house, we're going to cook the food together, I'm going to show you how to prepare things yourself, we're going to go to the gym." There's no way this person fails outcome that I You might only be able to take five people with that. And then, you basically scale down what you give relative to the price that they can afford. And so, the idea is you want to sell, especially when you're in this smaller space right now where you don't have many customers, you want to sell the fewest customers for the absolute most amount of money that they can possibly spend with you because you don't know when the next one's coming. And so, you have to provide as much value as you possibly can to those people. We don't need to worry about scale yet. We need to worry about cash, we need to oxygenate and breathe. But that said, I strongly disagree with your accounts' perspective and I think they should stick to accounting.
