Work hard so you can get smart…then work “smarter not harder.”

0:00I think tons of people work as hard as me. If you go to China, tons of people work, you know, 12 days a week, 12 hours a day, you know, six or seven days a week. But, at that point, once you maximize the amount of work that you actually do, it comes down to what you get for what you put in. They spend all their time quote working, but they don't get a lot done. And so, the 201 level is learning how to get a lot done with your time. The 301 level is only choosing to do things that even give you bigger multiples in your time. And I think the fourth level of that is finding other people to do those things for you and do them better. It's just a constant leveling up.
