0:00Mustafa. Mustafa. [sighs and gasps] Uh Alex, I run a math tutoring company. It's maths, which we know is an Aussie. Oi. Oi. Brother. Uh run a maths maths maths tutoring company? I can't do it. Um I got a lot of clients inquiring for subjects. Should I expand or niche down on maths? Um depends if you're local uh or if you're uh online. I would say if you're local, I'd be more open to expanding to other subjects if it's just as easy to get those subject teachers. Um and it's just as quantifiable in terms of the process of teaching it. If you're online, then you should have no lack of getting customers who struggle with math. Uh and the reason that I have a difference there is that when like I have some differences in rules for local businesses, for example uh you know, one channel all the way up to a million. I don't I keep that for all other businesses with the exception of local because if you're in a market that has 5,000 people in it, like you need to use everything you possibly can to let people know about your stuff. Um otherwise, you're going to go out of business. And so, the same degree, if you're in a local market, you're constrained with demand, then you do have to um increase LTV and then and the percentage of customers. Basically, that increases number of cross-sells and increases the percentage of customers that you can actually sell. Um so, hopefully that helps in terms of explaining. So, if you're national, say say focus stay niched. If you are local for your specific business, if it doesn't create too much operational drag, I would be open to it. If you like this video and you're business owner who wants to break through your current revenue ceiling, I just sold every lesson from scaling 10 businesses past 10 million and three businesses past 100 million into completely free scaling roadmap that I've used to go from zero to one, zero to 10, and zero to 100 plus. And so, you can click here and you can check it out. Again, absolutely free. And since you're a business owner, appreciate you and uh enjoy.
