0:00Hi Alex, I started my school a few weeks ago with 130 members so far. How do I create engagement? Most people are quiet even though I have an intro video asking everyone to introduce themselves and I post content a few times a week plus free I free AI materials in the classroom. I'm running my first webinar this Thursday on 10 best businesses to start with AI, which will be 2 hours long. Should I upload the recording? Okay. So Okay. So I'm going to give you a couple quick tactics. Number one is there was a lady that was inside the group, I can't remember her name, that was struggling with the exact same problem. And you know what she did to get engagement out of her group? She messaged all 130 members and said, "Hey, you should introduce yourself inside of the group." So sometimes people just need like personal permission because they like feel afraid. So give them permission and say, "Hey, tag me in it and I'll I'll respond." Right? And so that way they can get a little bit of status from it. And so that's number one. Number two is I would recommend using the pre-coded uh uh post formats that we already have inside of there. Kirby, do you want to show them where that is cuz I think that's pretty cool.

0:57You mean for the calendar? Yeah, I think that's that's pretty sweet. So we looked at the the top the the stuff that had the top engagement like what's your favorite movie? Show a picture of your workstation. Um like if something's relative, you know, if you were in a you know, car space it'd be like show me a picture of your car. Like whatever whatever might be relevant to your audience uh and it gets it kind of like makes it real. It makes it like like the the pictures I think are really really key to making this like it's it takes the digital world and makes it makes it real. So I'd say DMs and then do something with a picture uh and then you should start. And of course I have balloons now. Wonderful.

My favorite is co-working session. Yes. And Soren put a a little thing underneath there with like lead yourself like you start, show your workstation, show your laptop, show your whiteboard with full of ideas. Whatever like I'll bet you a lot of entrepreneurs have like a whiteboard or a notepad that they have all their ideas on. Like if you look at my office, which I think Kirby's seen, every wall is whiteboard. Like all of it with the exception of that one, which is the only one you can see.
