If you imagine a a Civil War cannon where you got multiple guys loading a can up and you've got these cannon balls and gunpowder, he said most people hire more people expecting that they're going to increase their their rate of firing, but that's not really the case. He said most people are ammunition. They're just along for the ride. They're not bad enough to fire, but not good enough to do anything. Not anything that's going to drive the business. You need to add barrels so that you can double your rate of firing, triple your rate of firing.
