0:00Growth is stressful, stagnation is stressful, decline is stressful. The only 100% stress-free people are dead people. Keep living. And so since this is a live stream, um that is the theme of today is that if you hope to be stress-free, you're hoping for your own demise. Because all we can see it as is an indicator indication that we are still beating. We are still living. We are still thriving. We still have fight left in us because you still have breath in you. And so I would say that if you are going through it, keep on going.
