Was du mitnimmst

0:00teach them how to do permanent makeup, right? >> I teach them how to do >> Do they have to buy a machine to do it? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. So, you have to figure out a way to own the machine. And is there like removable tips that they have to like change between people? >> All types of supplies. >> There's consumable things they have to do. Yeah. That's the game. That's 100% the game. That's how it works. >> Products. >> Yes. So, basically, you'll use the education as offset CC, meaning you acquire the customer at a profit because you're selling media, whatever. But you also include the machine, which will allow you to go way higher tech, perceived value, be way higher, whatever. it's more legit and then you send them that and then the continuity is based on uh them re-uping on the supplies and so it really comes down to how many people do I need to sell to get a permanent customer and so let's say that one out of three people who goes through your academy uh switches their model to doing this full-time because it makes them more than whatever they were doing before then it means okay if one out of so let's say you you make 5,000 right on somebody I what do you charge for

0:53>> 5500 >> great there right uh so it's like you make five grand 5 grand and then the third five grand that person, you know, will spend $1,000 a month in supplies for the rest of their lives. And so it really just comes be your business becomes a game of how do I get 5,000 of those people to pay me $1,000 a month, make 5 million a month. It's like, okay, so 5,000 of those, I need to sell 15,000 people over the next 5 years. And it's like that's really like that's the game.

1:19It's just how many how many customers does it take to get a permanent customer? And that's that's it. Like that's all you need to do. It's a great business. I thought about doing like a B2B like doing wholesale. So my students would get a wholesale price and then creating like products and we need products that they can upsell their clients. >> I would have a business model circled around a machine. You show them how to get customers and sell and they have the recurring is based on them hitting production and you can have very lowcost info on the back end if you want to. I'm saying like 5k a year or less uh to stay in the community and they still all you're doing is just helping them sell the machine and all that stuff. Not selling the machine, selling the services from the machine, right?

2:00>> Uh better. That's the model. It's already proven like it works. >> Okay. >> Like if you have you seen that that like this is the exact same model as the hair extension girls. Have you seen that? >> So I've heard you talk about >> Yes, it's the same model. No, there's multiple of them. It's not like one. I've talked to like four this month. Like it's the model. >> Okay. You sell the you sell the beauty uh academy on the front end for 3 to 5k then you uh you include with that either you include the machine I would include the machine personally or you can sell the machine separately but as a core component that they have to use to do the core core value prop. The issue that I had with prestige was our business system for gyms was so good that they made more money selling services once they learned how to use my system. So, when I said, "Hey, sell my supplements."

2:45I mean, we still had 20 million bucks here. It wasn't bad, but like um they it was it was an add-on. It was like they still like if if got hard and they got distracted, they're like, "I'll sell supplements later. I just need to sell service." Which is not terrible because you make more profit there, right? The way that the hair thing works and hopefully the way yours works is that she gets people or she any of the I've seen talked to plenty of them. They take a girl who does cut and color and shows them how to do hair extensions and they go from like 90 bucks an hour to like two grand and it's like life-changing.

3:15And so then they only do hair extensions because it makes so much more money. So then the product becomes the core business and so it has to be the core economic unit. So as long as the permanent makeup makes them more money than whatever they're currently doing, >> it does. >> Then yeah, then you're in. That's the model. >> Like you don't like that's the model. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> This is great. We have a whole year >> toiling. Yeah. Yeah. >> Switch to this product thing. >> No, I think you you get you figure out you have to figure out a deal with the machine maker because that's the enterprise value.

3:43>> Mhm. >> The value isn't in the education. It's going to be in how many customers you get to permanently sell the products >> on a regular basis. >> So that's >> super. >> So if I know nothing about products in like retail cuz I've done service and education. >> Well, no, but like but are there tips that go with the machines? Like it doesn't have to be products. >> There's needles. >> You need that. Well, whatever. Like is there something that they spend $500 to $1,000 a month on to do this thing using the machine?

4:09>> Yes, it's that like you just have to Is it the printer and then you have the ink, right? You know, like that model. >> Yeah, there's like a pen and then >> if there's tips. Exactly. It's like whatever that amount is per month. Hopefully it's as long as it's like 500 bucks plus. That's the model. >> Yeah. Does that make sense?
