0:00You can call it manipulation, you can call it reciprocity, but I'm just telling you that this is effective if you want to contact people who are above your pay grade is that you do the work first, you leverage the small skill you have to give as much of that skill you can to somebody else for free. And then, when they owe you something, you stack another skill. You say, "Hey, can you show me how you do that? Hey, can you show me how you do this? I'm struggling with this thing. Can you show me how you connect those dots?" Then what happens is that you trade your skill for another skill. Now you have two skills. And so then the next time you get on the phone, you can trade two skills to somebody and then you get a third skill. Then you trade three skills and you get a fourth skill.
