0:00I would ask you, like as a business question for me, we had brokerage, we had education, we had media. So, if you were in my shoes, right, knowing what we do, as you think about what's scalable and what's not scalable, how would you think about it? If you look at McDonald's, right, >> they make no money on burgers. They make 25 cents on a burger. It's almost nothing, right? Compared to the fries and the Coke, where they make the vast majority of their profit. McDonald's could not exist without burgers. >> Yep. >> And the other components of the business cannot exist without the credibility of the brokerage. But, it doesn't necessarily mean that we have to make all the money from the brokerage.
0:28>> Sure. >> It just creates the platform to then funnel all these other things that do have superior, you know, enterprise value, margins, etc. Yeah, I just see them as features, not bugs, and every business has them.
