0:00Totally trying not to black out right now, cuz this is very cool. Two years ago, I was a stay-at-home mom. We were surviving on my husband's income. He was a successful real estate broker. Real estate market crashed, so did our income. Bills started stacking. Freak out. So, I decided to start a traveling mobile charcuterie bar. I went viral right away. >> Sure. What are you guys doing? Just go viral. What are you >> Come on. But, what I realized very quickly is my inbox was filling up with other women literally around the world saying, "Oh my god, how did you do this? I want to do this, too." I decided to start a coaching program. My first year, I did 600k in revenue, which for me as a stay-at-home mom was like, "Holy What am I doing?" But, now I'm feeling like I'm plateauing. I'm trying meta.

0:39I'm doing 200 bucks a day on ads, and it's just me doing it. I just How do I go from 600k to 5 million? >> So, uh, you could spend more than $200 a day. >> Yes. >> How do we feel about that? >> I feel great about it. I just don't know what the magic number is. I think my return on ad spend is like a little over four. >> Oh, the magic number is you keep putting money in, and so you stop. >> Keep it rolling. Okay, perfect. >> You'll probably get to spending like 5,000 a day instead of 200, right? To get there, I'll bet right now you have a warm sales process, as in like the motion itself is built for people who kind of already know who you are.

1:12>> Yeah. >> That will not scale. Like right now, you have your warmest people who are coming in. It's going to get progressively colder. If you can sell to cold, you can sell to warm. But, if you sell to warm, it doesn't mean you can sell to cold. Think of it like a microwave. If warm people go through it, they just get extra hot. >> Yeah. >> If they're cold and they go through it, they'll get lukewarm enough to buy. Realistically, if it were me, I would build that process first, >> Okay. >> and then I would add gas. >> Cool. Thank you so much.
