0:00I think about guys like Basos, Elon, etc. Like just Bill Gates, whatever. When they make posts, they are not algo hacking. They are not worrying about the format. They're like, "Did I put a hook that was good enough here?" Like, they're not really, but people will still be interested in them because of how unbelievable their accomplishments are. And so, the real world will always be the litmus test for what you can get away with online. And so, I think that like you will always be able to punch up to your weight class. And then typically after that is where everyone gets into trouble and they think they need another marketing hack or another funnel or another upsell or whatever. But it's like you just need reality to be so exceptional that people because if you think about have to use both hands here.
0:41So if you think about the number of of people who who could potentially follow your stuff and see you as an authority, you will be able to get everyone who is who's beneath your level of success. the guy who's done a 1,800, you know, which obviously hasn't happened, but like an eight00 flip, he might listen to the 1,200 guy. I mean, kind of, but he's not going to be like, "Oh, I'm going to I'm going to pay this dude." Probably not. And so, the higher up you go, the higher percentage that you have of that pyramid or the area under the curve of people who can listen to you. But this is there is a there is a breaking point. This is just my observation where there's like call like the top 10% of success and then like the top 1%. But beyond a certain point, you become the influencers influencer within your category where people like I'm just saying like what's the what's the real top look like is that people who are quote other influencers in that space do you are so far ahead of them that they do not see you as a threat and then at that point that's when you really solidify the brand that you have and that can only happen when you have legitimacy that they all respect and say you know they tip their hat to they're like I haven't done that and that's it's not two it's not two% better than me it's like it's 10 times bigger than I am.
1:49>> Real quick, I'm going to show you the exact 10stage road map from zero to 100 million plus that less than 1% of companies finish. I've now done multiple times. And so I can say with a lot of confidence that these are the stages as headcount increases that you need to get through and I broke each of these down by eight different functions of the business, what the constraint feels like, like what are the symptoms of it when you're going through it. and then what steps we actually took to graduate. And we've done this across software, physical products, uh, service businesses, brick and mortar, all of this. And it works. And it's my gift to you. It's absolutely free. And so the link's in the description, but you just go acquisition.comroadmap.
