And I think you want people who can come forward with best bad ideas because it's so easy to sit on the sidelines and critique, but not be willing to put your own ideas forward that are kind of in the arena for other everyone else to attack. And so I think that is a huge red flag, green flag that I think about as like, are these people always offering solutions to my problems or are they offering problems to my solutions?
