And so rather than saying, "Hey, reciprocity is a psychological factor that increases compliance," I would say when you give people stuff, they're more likely to give you stuff back. We stop teaching people how to read in fifth grade and somehow we think that they're going to somehow get better. And that's not reality. And so if you decrease the language learning level in which you speak, you will get more people to understand what you're actually trying to tell them.
