0:00that I don't like the whole like I read a book a week. That's what I commit to. Because what happens is you create a really good vehicle for mental masturbation. There's really no difference between that and watching TED Talks everyday and watching YouTube videos. Like it's just another form of media that you're consuming. I can appreciate the intention behind it, but I don't think it serves most people. The number of people that are like I'm on book 36 for this year and they're in the exact same position they were four years ago mind boggles me. Because I would so much rather the person say I read four books and they were the only four books that I needed to read this year and I don't need to do anything else. I just have to execute the stuff in this book.
