Uh the fact that anybody is copying you means that you have something worth copying. In the game of business, you have small players and big players, and David and Goliath have different advantages. The advantage that you have is that you're scrappier, you're more nimble, you can make faster decisions, you don't have approvals and boards, and innovation always comes from the smallest players. And the ones who become disruptors are the ones that can take that edge and lean into it. Maybe new marketing, new distribution, better customer service. You win on some edge.

0:45The Goliath is going to take longer to do things. They're going to have more resources than you, and they might already have bigger distribution, maybe a brand or reputation. And so, you just have to see this as you're getting your your ticket punched on a mile marker towards the ultimate goal that you have, and not that anything is wrong has happened or woe is me or I'm a victim. Now is time to go hard and win.
