So, I remember when I was a Smoothie King blendertender, uh, and the boss said that he was going to send a secret shopper. So, it costs like 100 200 bucks to have somebody come in the store and basically take notes on how everyone behaves, and do they follow the script, do they follow the process, et cetera. And I don't even remember in the three years that I was there anytime he actually paid one. But, we were constantly asking ourselves, "Do you think that's a secret shopper? Do you think that was a secret shopper?" And so, we were always on our best behavior because it had happened one time years ago.
