0:00Last week, someone left a plate on one of my machines. I had put plates back basically every other time that I walked in the gym for probably like [music] a month. And I was getting a little tired of it. And so, I was trying to play detective during that like month trying to figure out who was doing it be like, "Hey man, by the way, just put [music] your weights back." As I was putting the weights back, I was like, "This is a complete and utter waste of my time." But, I was like, "How am I going to figure out a way that I can reward and publicly show that this is [music] not okay?" I posted a picture of the weights and I said, "Hey, no one's allowed to work out today because we, as a company, didn't know how to clean up after ourselves." And then the next day, [music] and this is the key part, when the gym was clean, I took a picture of the clean gym and I was like, "Great job, everyone. Way to keep it clean."

0:39And then I will also be able to, again today, like the day before [music] yesterday, I took a picture of the gym when I went in and it was clean and I said, "Great job." Because the worst thing in the world is you punish people when a plane crashes, but you don't [music] give them applause when they land it right every other time.
