But like they don't know anything. Yeah. So like empathy for example, it's you say I need you to be more empathetic. Most people do not know what that means. How do [music] I exhibit empathy? How can I look at a human being and say empathy occurred?
0:25Yeah, that'd be it'd be a component of it. Now, if somebody only recapped, you'd probably be like, "You sound like a [ __ ] robot." Maybe you also nod while they're talking. That's another component of it. Maybe you just say like, [music] "I feel I'm sorry that it felt that way." Then maybe they have like at least twice you acknowledged how they felt during a situation or you asked about their feeling. And then maybe just asking about their feeling.
