  • Auch wenn ein Nebengeschäft kaum Zeit kostet, lenkt jeder Anruf oder jede Nachricht die nächste Zeit lang trotzdem ab.
  • Der Rat war, zuerst die volle Aufmerksamkeit zurückzugewinnen und sich dann komplett auf das Business zu konzentrieren, das man am liebsten macht.
  • Jeder Unternehmer hat einen Tag, an dem er ein Geschäft startet, und einen späteren Tag, an dem er wirklich all in geht.

Right now, you've been getting away with running multiple companies because you're confident. >> Mhm. >> But I think that you're making significantly less money than you should be making because you just haven't had the discipline.

And I'm guessing you feel that discrepancy between like the numbers and what you feel like you're capable of? >> Yeah. >> So, right now you have these other kind of ventures, per se. The thing is is even though you can rationalize to yourself that's like, "Well, I'm not really doing that much. There's a team that blah blah blah." It's the thing is it's like it's like it's shower time. You know what I mean? You get a call, you get a text, all of a sudden the next hour and a half, you're thinking about something from this other business. Even though you don't do anything, it stops your your your thinking cycles, right?

1:24So, where to from here? The marketing business is the one that you like the most, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, if I were trying to solve this problem, I would attack it from regaining all my attention first, and then I go all in on the marketing business. Everybody has a day they start a business, and then everyone has a day where they they go pro. >> Mhm. >> They want to be all in on it. >> Mhm. >> I think it's just a hard call that you'll have to make. And I think you have that potential if you decide to do it.
