If someone's going to go get hazed, I was like, "I'll go with you." If someone's like, "Dude, I've got this exam tomorrow." I was like, "I'll take your shift." Like, don't worry about it. I'm going to help.

If you do that enough times, people are like, "Fuck, this guy's awesome." Outwork everyone, say nothing, be the person who helps people the most. They will push you to the top.
