Was du mitnimmst

0:00Because most of the people who sell online fitness only get one turn and then people cancel, but they don't they don't pay. They buy 12 weeks and they stop or they buy six months and they stop. So if you're getting getting consistent renewals from people, then that's that's good usage of your time, right? Basically, until you're spending all your time doing the imperson stuff. So we just have to think like it really comes down to how how much money you want to make. And so looking at what kind of lifestyle you want to have and how much you want to make because if you're like, "Okay, one day a month I handle everybody." Well, are you okay with four days a month, 5 days a month, 30 days a month? Like, because obviously that's going to hit a wall for you. And is that wall before or after your income goal? So, if you if you want to keep scaling from here, you should probably just consider trying some that are online only cuz that would allow you to scale without the inerson. But you could have It's like the thing is is when it's one-on-one, I don't like PT. I've never liked PT as a business because it because it doesn't scale. What I mean is if I hire a guy to then train all my customers oneonone, they don't care about me. They care about the guy. And when that guy changes gyms, they go with him because they're like, I never even see whatever. I'll go I'm staying with Greg. Greg's my guy.
1:10So the reason So I if you if you were to do it, my again, it depends on your goals, but my first step would go from going one-on-one to one on six for two reasons. One is you'll make six times the money. So that's a good one. The other reason is because one-on-one six actually does retain customers to the business because one is you can rotate trainers because it's like you're getting one-on-one six once a month or one on four once a month or twice a month even with uh you know with one of my coaches. But they're also accountable to each other to get all four people to leave way harder than one person leaving. And so even if a trainer leaves they're like ah I like all the other four people here you know I'll just see what other coach they bring. So if you can alternate coaches sometimes that gives you some stability and having more than one customer that gives the stability and that's why I've always been a semi-private advocate rather than oneonone. Right.
