0:00Lamine? What's up? Are you Is it Is Lamine? Is that the way to say it? Is it Lamine? How's that right? >> Lamine. Lamine. >> Lamine. All right. Talk to me. >> All right. So, yeah, I'm a growth operator for a brand selling leadership and self-development men. We're on track to 500k this year. We're going to target 1 to 2 million in 2027. So, we have two products. One is a $2,000 per year online community and school. And we have four in four in-person retreats a year.
0:27So, we sell them separately or as a package with online community at $3,500. >> All right. >> We sell off bi-weekly webinars, 41% close rate. So, I think the acquisition is not an issue. The problem is that we are unable to make money off current customers. So, we always keep on having new customers every single month. And they don't renew at the end of the month at the end of the 12 months. So, also with the retreats, people say it's life-changing. This is something they want to do again, but they don't repeat.
0:56So, and they're also not profitable. So, they eat out like 50% of the margins. The retreats is just too expensive. So, my plan after talking to ACQ AI and just rehearsing is to sell the retreat plus a community package as the front end at like $5,000. And then we improve the offer by including a 3 months of one-on-one accountability with a team member like coaching with a team member. >> All right. >> So, we can get them results and then we can upsell them after the end of the 3 months. Hey, do you want more accountability? Let's do this and you can join the retreat.
1:27And also inside the retreat, we can upsell to a more premium retreat twice a year. >> be Are you I'm assuming you're not closing out your retreats. >> Yeah, they're not. >> Yeah, you need to sell out your retreats. Like that's the issue. Like I'm just telling you right now, that's the problem. Um I agree with the ACQ AI of of me. Uh uh on the front end. I do think yeah, having a 5 or 6k offer for for this type of thing for call it a an annual subscription of events works for consumer, you know, consumer male audience. Um you can add in the one-on-one, that's fine. I think that'll be a good sweetener. I think the biggest issue is just that Yeah, like a delivery event will not be profitable if you do not sell. It is a It is a cost unless you sell.
2:07>> Sure. And then we We also saw that they tend to kind of value more in-person than online things. >> Yeah, so does everyone. >> that purchase both, they keep purchasing. >> Yeah. So, sell more of that. >> Absolutely. That was my plan, so I just wanted to let >> Good. No, that's fine. Yeah. Put all the packages together with the stuff that people value the most, price it accordingly, and then when you have them come out, get them to renew early. So, the big I'll just give you the big mistake, which is people will get afraid of renewing people before the end of their subscription.
2:39Do not do that. So, if someone has four events they're going to go to, which I think is a lot, by the way. Um I think you'd be probably better served with two or three. Four is a ton. Like, it'd be better to have four and then say pick two or pick three. That way they have more flexibility. Um And then when someone's at their second one, that's when I would sell the the renewal with some sort of faster action thing while they're in the moment, feeling good, they're in the vibes, rather than going home feeling shitty.
3:04>> Yeah, and then after like a month a year they come back to us say, "Can I join again?" But I also I have a plan which is we have like the main retreat like online event, and then inside the online event we'll sell them like a more premium one with less people and more expensive like maybe more support or something like that. >> That's fine. >> Perfect. >> That works. You just like you're just not selling from your events, and you're selling you're selling piecemeal rather than all at once. That's it. Two changes.
3:29>> Perfect. That was the I said thank you. >> Appreciate you letting me All right, see you.
