Was du mitnimmst

0:00Unternehmer/Gast Thank you for the content you putting out. Resetting my mind. I do financial services for internet entrepreneurs. Basically investment insurance accounting. My main offer is infinite banking. It's driving 70% of the profits and and 70% of the leads come from meta ads. So now I would like to go to 3 millions this year. Just made my two first months in a row at the over 100k. So I would I would like to to keep that pace and go higher.

0:30So my question is am I having a limiting belief now to focus in on my market which is Quebec, the the French part of Canada or I should should I go Canada wide faster than I think? So currently you're running meta ads. I'm guessing to some sort of webinar or live workshop. >> webinars. We did talk about it a bit in in the round tables but it's something I'm open to do. What are you currently doing? It's one-on-one meetings and I have a team that helped me that helped me um How do you say that? What's your LTV to CAC?

1:07My LTV to CAC is 60 to 1. That's great. So keep doing that. So I have two person that helped me calling the people just to figure out if there's a fit. And you're closing. And we're closing. You are closing. Yeah. Yeah, okay. That makes more sense. Okay, so the question is just should you crush Quebec or move Canada wide? Yeah. Well what percentage of Quebec have you sold?

1:32Alex I don't know honestly. I don't know. Well, I think if you're doing a million bucks a year you can probably do more in Quebec. Um I would I mean given the size ticket of the business that that you're in I think you need to five, maybe 10 million from doing that in that specific market. So let's play devil's advocate. Why can't you go to Canada immediately? Maybe content constraint. I have one advisor that is perfectly bilingual speaking even better English so I can coach him I guess doing content.

2:04>> language barrier? That's the only real issue limiting you? One one of them is it. I mean I'm sure finding English speakers in Canada is not going to be that hard. No, it is not. No no no no no. Yeah. >> I can find them. 51st state. I'm just kidding. Anyways. >> [laughter] >> No. Um So do you think I have I'm having limiting belief like concentrating in Quebec? Just get somebody who speaks English. Yeah. I don't think it's I mean I think I mean Canada, this is not me trying to be a pejorative but Canada is basically a state. You know what I mean?

2:32Like Los Angeles Los Angeles metropolitan area has the same population as Canada. Just LA metro. >> 8 millions people. Yeah. So it's a lot. And so no, I don't I don't I think if you just target Canada and you're a Canada company I don't think you'll have any issues. Okay. Yeah. So from a limiting belief perspective, yes. I don't think it's going to I You could just probably expand your your reach tomorrow or >> Find a way to still doing what I'm doing while having my strategy to expand to Canada as soon as I can.

3:01Alex I mean if you're running ads you just change the targeting the headline. Like not a lot's going to change besides that. And so either you're going to run one of two strategies. Either you're going to change it to more generic headline and say Canadians, right? Or whatever. >> yeah. Or you would run like 20 campaigns that have local ads for each local market. >> Okay. And I would bet that one will work better. Okay. If I had to bet. But sometimes targeting if you go really broad can drive down the cost so I would just test both. Okay, you're going to test test both and see what works. But either way as long as the licenses that you have apply for all of Canada for you to sell the type of insurance that you do, I don't see any reason to stop.

3:36Okay. Like we own a infinite well sorry, it's just insurance company but like there's that's a product that one of our company sells and we sell nationwide. Okay. Thank you. Yeah, you bet. Thank you. If you are a business owner and you are not growing as fast as you'd like, I'd like to give you a free gift. So my team and I put together the 100 million dollar scaling road map which is basically 200 hours of us looking over all the portfolio companies we've had and what stages of growth they went through and more importantly where they got stuck and how they got past it. And so we broke it in these 10 stages and we made this little kind of quiz thing where if you put in your business information it'll tell you where you're at and the most important part for you what to do for each of functions of the business across product, marketing, sales, customer success, recruiting, IT, human resources and finance. And so no matter what you're struggling with someone else has already struggled with it and solved it. And so I'd like to give you this thing absolutely free. You can go to acquisition.com/roadmap, plug in your business information and if you want us to actually help you de-constrain the business and you're trying to scale, we'd love to help you out. On the thank you page you can book a call with my team and we will look at the business, see if we can help and if we can we'll invite you out to Vegas and we'll do this in person live.
