0:00Uh, essentially we help 9-to-5ers quit their jobs with affiliate marketing. That's what we teach. Uh, right now we do about 1 to 3 million a year, which is kind of my question that uh, I'm going to ask you. Um, so basically I'm stuck at the 1 to 3 million dollar a year mark. Um, off obviously we do info and uh, coaching then we have the software on the back end. Um, so I want to get to that 10 million dollar a year mark.

0:30How do I do that? I I that will it's going to kind of go into my next question, but I want to hear what you say first cuz I have a I have a way that I've been really thinking about, uh, but I want to hear what you say first. >> So what stops you from doing more? >> What stops me from doing more? >> What are you currently doing that's making you money? >> Creating content. I don't do any ads. I just do more content and affiliates. We we have a ton of affiliates that are

0:59>> of your affiliates versus uh, content? >> Uh, as far as revenue, uh, I would say 60% comes from affiliates. >> Okay. How do you acquire affiliates? >> Uh, naturally from them coming into my courses cuz I teach affiliate marketing, so they don't have to promote my stuff, but a lot of them end up doing >> What's the tip of the spear? What's the first thing that people find out about for you? >> The first thing they find out is they they find me from YouTube. >> So content is the primary way that people

1:26>> Primary, yeah. >> And then once they come in your ecosystem, some of those people then turn around and then if you know, affiliate, you know, they start promoting your stuff. Okay. So in order to scale the business So imagine this represents all the people who know you exist, okay?

1:56Right now you're monetizing this percentage of people based on how you convert them, whatever that way is. Do you have a phone sales team or what do you do? >> I have a low ticket challenge leads into a $2,000 and then also a webinar that also leads into the same >> It's all automated conversion? >> It's all automated, yeah. >> Okay, got it. So, there's two ways that you can make more.

2:25Option one is you pull the conversion mechanism, which is that you would add a phone sales team, you'll convert more of the audience that you have. >> Okay. >> And you'd probably also increase the price point if you're selling over the phone. So, this doesn't get more people to find out about you. This just converts more of them at a higher price. It's still going to be limited by how many people who know about know about you right now, which is all limited by your YouTube content. The alternative is that you make more better YouTube content, which expands the whole slice, and then this line then moves to here, and now you have, you know, all of this that you're monetizing.

2:56>> Okay. >> Does that make sense? But, those are if we only took more as the angle, which I think is the right perspective. Um I guess a third path, if you really wanted to, is we could run ads to that audience, which then allows you to I'll give you a different visual for it. So, if we think about this circle I'm doing this backwards, sorry.

3:20Um I know what it looks like when it's done. Okay. So, Okay. So, let's say that when you make So, this is um All So, how many how many subscribers do you have? >> Uh almost 100,000. >> Okay. So, this represents 100,000 followers, okay? Now, of the 100,000 followers, when you make a post, only this percentage of people are going to see it, this tiny little circle, right? When you make a call to action, only a tiny percentage of those people, a little pinprick in the middle, are actually going to see the call to action either in terms of retention on the video or just in general if you have a harder ask, those videos tend to not do as well, right?

3:59>> Right. >> So, when we run ads and you have an organic channel, you're able to capture all of these people, which are not only the people who know who you are, but Sorry, who have who have who are following you or subscribed to you, but the people who have tangentially consumed your stuff and are interested in the topics um that you have made. So, like right now if I were to say, "Who here follows me on Instagram?" Some of you do, not necessarily all of you. And so, that being said, that differs from whether you've consumed a piece of content of mine on Instagram. And so, some of you guys, I'm in your interest graph, so like Instagram will feed you my stuff, but you might not follow me.

4:38But you still know who I am and if I ran an ad, you might respond to it. And so, that's all of this That's all of the stuff that's gets captured here when we run the paid ad side. >> Mhm. >> And so, going back to this original thing, you can convert more of the audience by adding a phone sales team. You can convert more of the audience by putting more of the people in that big circle into here. It's still the same number of people who know you. Or we just get more people to find out about our stuff.

5:09All three of those methods would work. The paid ads and sales team and or price stuff is are one-time levers. So, you can only pull that once. And so, you might be able to go from three to 10 by just doing that, but then at 10 you're going to run into the same issue. You will be making more money, but then at that point we'll already pull those two levers. And then at that point we'll say, "Okay, can we now scale into colder traffic rather than functionally retargeting our existing warm audience, or do we need to grow our warm audience, or both?"

5:35>> Yeah.
