0:00We sell fundraising programs, right now about $6.3 million. >> is founder dependency. If you were to hire one person, who's that one person you'd hire first? >> Elon, and then I would do whatever he says to do. >> Who here do you think, between the two of you, is more time constrained? Okay. Of your day or your week, what is taking the most amount of time that makes you the least amount of money? >> Admin. Takes me out of sales and sales training. >> How much do you think it would cost to get someone who can just do that, if that's all they did?
0:28>> Just about $4,000 a month. >> So, 50 grand a year. What are your margins right now? >> 16%. >> You're making a million bucks a year, call it rough, somewhere in there. Okay. If you made $950,000 per year, how much extra time would you get back from this $50,000 per year person? >> 20 hours a week, at least. >> So, with 20 hours a week, do you think you could make the extra 50 grand back? >> If I'm selling, absolutely. >> [laughter] >> So then, what's stopping you from hiring this particular person? >> Training them, and then how to keep it accountable.
0:54>> Two solutions. You pay for it in tokens and you screen share, and you teach AI to do it, and maybe you take it from 20 hours a week to two, and you're just double checking AI work. Option one. Option two, you got to front load maybe 20 hours, uh where they just literally ride along with you for all of your admin hours. And then you show them what you're doing. And then you teach them, and then they keep doing it, and you get your time back. And I would say this, I'm just going to guess, that you have this idea that you need this special person who knows all of these things. I would bet that in order for them to actually do the stuff, if you just tell them directly what to do, I do not teach the theory of why your struct- just, when this thing comes in, do this. When this comes in, do this. You will save 80% of your time.
1:30>> It's great. Thank you. >> Go people shopping.
