0:00People think they need to learn [music] more, when really they just need to do more. You're not going to learn how to ride a bike by reading 10 books on how to ride a bike. You just get on the bike, and then you fall, and you realize [music] that you got two pedals in, and then you do it again, and then you do it again, and eventually you look up and you're like, "Holy cow, I'm actually riding this bike." Because learning is [music] fundamentally same condition, new behavior. And so if your conditions remain the same, and you have not changed what you do, then you have learned nothing.
