Was du mitnimmst

0:00The more that I spend my time in the creative AI industry, the more I realize that we are moving in a direction where everyone can do everything from their own homes, it's causing loneliness. And that is a big part of why we started our school community. And we are doing a lot of inerson events with our school community. So this month we've done one in London, Dubai, New York, and LA. >> And they are Yeah, they're like 30 person ticketed events where it's just a dinner.

0:28>> What's the ticket uh price? uh about 150. >> Okay, cool. >> Um so we're bringing creatives together. Um we want to scale that to be like 250 people, you know, and we have a lot of organic reach, so we're able to push that right now. We're just kind of marketing it to the school community. How would you look to scale inerson events? You know, you guys are are doing it right now. How would you, you know, we're really bullish on it, too. How would you go about scaling the inperson business?

1:00What's the limiter to you scaling it? >> Um, >> as in you would like to sell more tickets? >> We would we would the limiter is our internal capacity to organize. Um, >> so we're a team of six right now, full-timers and but we're all content guys, >> so we do not have the infrastructure for it. Um, >> you see an events coordinator. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Is that like a full-time gig, do you reckon at that point? >> I mean, depends how many events you're doing. Okay.

1:27>> And how big they are. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Cuz I events stress me out, man. This is like as big as it gets for me. >> Yeah. >> We if we do do a bigger one, I need someone that will own it ending. So I don't ever hear about it cuz it will stress me out. >> Mhm. >> Cuz there's so many moving pieces. Even with one this small, it's like there's a lot that goes into it. Um >> but there's people out there, think about it, like Taylor Swift, who the hell is in charge of her events? They're happening every like few days sometimes and they're enormous and that they pull it off. So there's people out there that just live and breathe events.

2:05>> Yeah. >> Okay. So find someone, bring them in >> who's done the bigger events and a lot of them. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. And there's there's two two event models. There's the I fly to you model and then there's the you fly to me model. Obviously depends on price point um and how much pool you have, but like eventually you can have the you come to me model >> and that's logistically very straightforward. >> Cool. Thank you. >> Real quick, I'm going to show you the exact 10-stage road map from zero to 100 million plus that less than 1% of companies finish. I've now done multiple times and so I can say with a lot of confidence that these are the stages as headcount increases that you need to get through. And I broke each of these down by eight different functions of the business. what the constraint feels like, like what are the symptoms of it when you're going through it, and then what steps we actually took to graduate.

2:50And we've done this across software, physical products, uh, service businesses, brickandmortar, all of this, and it works. And it's my gift to you. It's absolutely free. And so the link's in the description, but you just go acquisition.comroadmap, just enter your info and it'll spit it right back to you. Offer.
