0:31Because you're going to have to sell your team, you're going to have to sell recruits. You like and the better you get at sales, the more you'll get better at marketing. Because you getting on these calls, I promise you will make the marketing that you're doing work better. Once you nail it, then you're going to duplicate that with somebody else. I don't want new process, new person. So, you've been in the business, you know as much as possible. I trust that you will you will yourself to figure it out. I don't trust that somebody who doesn't have the skills will themselves to figure it out. >> Right.
