I go through that as like that's what I walk myself through. Um I mean we did an L3 g day together and like I have to approach it from that perspective of like okay hey I've got this stuff this is what's going on. Well why don't you do more? Well I can't do more because of this. Well why is that limiting you? Well because of it's like and it's like fine. All right that's not a real issue. And so you keep going. And so um for me my current constraint for this business is I need [snorts] four more sea level executives to do what I want to do next. And so I look at my calendar and so my calendar is the most malleable of anyone in the companies. So basically my calendar starts at empty. I have almost no recurring meetings.
1:14Mondays is the only day that I have recurring and it's really just the marketing and which we've already combined everything. So marketing, sales, media are one meeting and I do one hour and then the rest of my time is 100% malleable. Um, and so I allocate all of my time now like as of like postlaunch it's like great that's off my that was all of my calendar. And so that's now gone. And so now all of my calendar that's taken over is recruiting calls, interviews, interview notes, introductions to next people, uh who who are going to vet on the team. That's my whole life right now until I get those four executives. Once I have those four executives, I'll then have more capacity or the company will have more capacity.
1:51So I can go to big Alex's big list of ideas and be like, "Okay, this is the best one. This is what we're going to drop through." And we have the capacity to push it.
