PS, I might see you in Andrew this month. Going to be 24/7, but worth it. Okay. So, can you do it 100% from school? Yes, but I would learn to work like Okay, let's zoom out. The strategies that I would recommend for winning on school would work on Reddit, it would work on Instagram, it would work on Facebook, it works on anywhere where there's a community. And so, the idea is again, we have this like internal stick about not saying provide value because when people try to quote provide value, they end up making listicles about [ __ ] they've never done.

0:41And so, don't do that. Um, and so, I'm going to unpack the word value so that it can be more helpful. You want to make something that saves people time. Does not tell them what to do. Just tell them something that you did that they no longer have to do as a result of your time and effort, and they can just get the findings. And so, instead of saying here's six things to do, say I ran this test cuz this makes you actually do [ __ ] by the way. And then you say this is what happened. So, if you look at the theme, like if you want to zoom out, the vast majority of my content is this is something I did, and this is how it worked. Use it if you want. And if you look at I would say arguably that the most valuable contributor to the school community, in my opinion, uh, at current right now, this could change, uh, is Evelyn. I think Evelyn provides the most value per post out of everybody else. I think she's on the leaderboard for number one, anyway, so you guys have voted with your likes and comments, uh, the same way I have.

1:38And if you look at her content, and I would recommend doing that. Look, study her content. It's not the like it's not the hook, it's not the headline, it's the substance of the content that she's making. And she's not making content, she's reporting on stuff she did. And so, like I say it tongue in cheek, but it is what it is. It's do epic [ __ ] talk about what you did. And what's epic is going to be different person like for you, something epic might be like, I reached out to 100 people in two days, this is what happened.

2:06A lot of people would be interested in that, right? I made I made content for 100 straight days. I made 100 pieces of content. I did You like you have to look at what are the things that you can do for somebody else that saves them time and saves them effort, and then just provide the lessons to them. But not just lecturing on the lessons. Here's six ways to grow your school, coming from somebody who has three members, their mom, themselves, and their second account that they made so that they can look like they have three members. Like, no one cares.

2:30Okay. So, that's what I would do for her. Is that you actually add value by doing stuff and then posting about what you did and the findings you had and the results you had. And on a sub level, just for everybody, if someone else has, you know, a content post that's interesting, adding context. You know what I mean? Like, I did something like that for me, here's what happened. You just do it on a micro level as a commenter. And that will those people I promise you as a side note, people who comment real comments on posts, the people who whose posts you own like you more.

3:02I'm just saying. They don't know you, they'll be like, wow, this guy's great. He actually took the time to respond to my comment, and I got a point from it. And so, I like this person. Okay, that's what I would do.
