0:00I sell the most effective non-invasive alternative to Botox. >> Okay. >> Invented by my great-great-grandmother in 1889. We did 44 million in revenue last year. The past 5 years, I mean basically we like 10x. >> So you went from like 5 to 44? >> 4 to 44, yeah. This has already been beyond my wildest dreams. Really what I want to do is steward this to the greatest capacity possible. And if that means 200 million or 500 million or I don't really know what is possible.
0:28>> I love this, by the way. >> We've scaled our meta ads from $0 to like a million a month on an abysmal number of creatives. Before being the CEO, I was essentially just constant creation. When I've handed it over to somebody to do a little, it hasn't gone well. I'm like, "Oh, that's terrible. Forget it. Get them out of here. I'll just keep doing it." >> What's profit? >> About 30%. >> Okay, so you're doing a million a month-ish. So this is me putting my slightly larger business hat on. You need to make bigger bets than you're making right now. You're playing too small with the bet size that you're trying to move the needle. Like if you're trying to move a a 50 million-dollar business to a 100 million-dollar business, 100,000-dollar bets is probably not going to be that meaningful. We need to attack this problem like from multiple angles. So you're good at making the content and editing and stuff. I don't want you to stop doing that. I just want you to add more people to do it. Cuz I want to ramp fast, cuz I'm not going to live forever and I want to like pull the future forward. So I'm willing to pay a couple agencies each 10 or 20,000 dollars a month to just say like, "Great, what's your total capacity? How many clips can you get me?" From there, I'm going to study their process. I'm going to bring five more guys in on my own payroll and be like, "Learn all this shit." And then you start doing it. And then as soon as they start beating these guys, because they should, because they're in-house and they're only focused on one thing rather than just one customer of an account, then they should outperform them. And the whole time, you're still making content cuz you're going to be deep into it, because this is where your your understand You're going to get a PhD in content, because it's one thing to make content, it's a totally different game to teach it.
1:50>> Yeah. >> That's what I would do. >> Thank you.
