Was du mitnimmst

0:00I've spent I spend less and less time on like my outcome based goals and almost all of my time on what are the input based goals and that makes this much easier because it's not like oh I don't deserve a 2 million or $10 million means a lot to me. It's just like well does a thousand emails mean a lot to you? Not really. You know what I mean? But all of a sudden you like do the math and you're like oh a thousand emails uh an hour for my company means 100 million a year. You're like well can I can I solve a thousand emails an hour? Yeah I think so. Then it's like well if that's what happens amazing. Maybe you shoot and it's 50, maybe it's 150, who knows? But like we only know what we can do. So I would just like the more you can separate that I think will be helpful.
