Start a business with no capital: sell a service, get a first dollar, then scale

0:00You have to have something to sell. I recommend most people start with services because it requires no capital. And so either you're going to do something that other people don't want to do that they know how to do. So like taking someone's trash out, doing lawn care, washing things. Doesn't matter what you sell. Just get a dollar from a stranger to to actually walk through the process. Oh shoot, how do I take a credit card? Oh, that's a whole another thing. Oh, I have to get a payment processor. Oh, to get a payment processor I need a bank account. Oh, to get a bank account I need an LLC. Once you get the first dollar across, the second one comes very fast.
