0:00We do about 300 million in real estate sales. >> It's good business, but what happened was other real estate agents, they wanted our systems. We started selling them systems for $30,000 a year. I just pulled that number off my ass. In 7 months, we have been able to do $300,000 with only 5% of my time here. The LTV to CAC I did yesterday, it was 9.8 for this business versus a five or a six for this business. So, does it make sense for me to do this more? >> No. >> No? >> No.
0:27>> Okay. >> Real estate 100% scales. >> Yeah. >> Like to the moon. The reason you have a lower LTV CAC is cuz I mean you're at 9.8 and it's brand new. That's when it's going to be the most insane and it's not that much better than your current one. This is new and exciting. >> Yeah. >> But it will tank the thing that you just spent all this time building and getting all the reps in. I say this out of love. It has been the single hardest thing in my entire entrepreneurial journey is saying no. It's really hard.
0:55And because you're better now, the woman in the red dress is more attractive. And this is what it looks like when the woman in the red dress is more attractive. And then you'll turn her down. And then you'll get bigger cuz you'll actually focus. And then you will 5x this business and it won't take you 5 years, it'll take you 2 years cuz you're focused again. And then you're going to have another thing that's a come come around and it's going to be five times bigger, five times hotter than this particular woman in the red dress. And it just never stops. It never stops. Fundamentally, focus is saying no. And so if you want to be more focused, then practice focusing.
