Was du mitnimmst
- Alex teilt seinen Tag in drei Vierstundenblöcke: Werben, Aufbauen, Liefern.
- Wer weniger als zwölf Stunden arbeiten will, braucht eben länger, um seine Ziele zu erreichen.
- Am Anfang ist Irrelevanz das größte Problem, nicht der Markt oder das Produkt: niemand kennt dich.

0:00The schedule that I like to run, if you are starting out, is I split the day into three chunks. All right, and it's all 4-hour chunks. And if you're like, "That's 12 hours a day, Alex." Sure, you can always just do less and take longer to get your goals. That's your prerogative. I'm going to spend the first 4 hours of my day promoting. The next 4 hours of my day, I'm going to spend building. And then I'm going to have delivery. In the beginning, the thing that you were fighting tooth and nail against is irrelevance. No one knows you exist. That's the issue. It's not your market, it's not your product.
