We help them lose the last 10 to 20 lb. So, we're currently at 2 million a year in revenue. Um we want to get to 100 million >> Mhm. >> uh eventually. I am probably the biggest bottleneck in the business. The biggest thing was we increased prices. We had a few affiliates for us and they didn't believe that they could sell that price.
0:30So, they left. >> This is going to sound like an odd thing that I'll respond with, but you probably need wealthier affiliates. To a poor person, a lot is a small number. And to a rich person, um a lot is not a small number relatively. And so, breaking the beliefs of the affiliates can be tough. Obviously, just having a lot of proof is really helpful for that. But, you have to basically build out a parallel customer journey.
0:54And so, the affiliates become your new tier of customers. And so, you have affiliate, you know, demand generation. How do we get traffic to them? What's the conversion process? Once they say yes, what's affiliate activation? Just like there's customer activation. What's affiliate onboarding? What does that look like? And then how do I keep affiliates engaged just like I have customers that need to keep engaged.
