For things that many people want to pursue, there's more supply of people, which means that it's much harder to generate a huge return. And so, the goal here is to find where not a lot of people want to do something and a lot of people want that thing done, and then you provide that thing and you'll be able to generate a good return relatively lower risk than the other ways.
