Anxiety comes from many options, but a lack of priorities, [music] which is why it feels like paralysis. So, looking everywhere, but moving nowhere. And so, you solve sadness with knowledge and anxiety [music] with a decision. And so, the goal from here is to see the path that's available [music] to you.

And then I have no more anxiety around this. So, if [music] you don't know what to do, the answer is to learn. If you know what to do, the answer is to do it.
