If you make the same amount of money per customer as your competition, then you were always going to be in a race to the bottom. All you're going to be doing is trying to find little hacks to to hack social media, to hack ads, to do whatever. And those hacks are always short-lived. The long game is the LTV game. It's how much is a customer worth to me? Because being able to spend the most is a product of how much you make a customer worth to you, which is a function of what the gross profit is and how many times they buy. And the how many times they buy function has a direct proportion to how good the quality of the product is.
