0:00Unternehmer/Gast Uh, if you had a If you had to build a business today with the audience and no capital and only 90 days, what you do that almost nobody else would be willing to do? What I've already done. [laughter] Um, work, man. Work. No like No one's willing to work. It's interesting cuz um Maybe Julian can speak to this cuz he he's here a lot with me at 4:00 a.m. Um But I think what the hardest thing to see that that no one will ever be able to witness unless they literally work at acquisition.com is consistency.
0:34Because the only way to witness consistency is to also be consistent. Like you have to be there to see someone show up every day. Right? Like if I showed you an hour and a half long workout, you might be like, that's it? And so like the thing is is like the one workout isn't impressive. It's just that you do it for 20 straight years. That's the impressive part. And so there's so much like where you will beat everyone is in longevity. Like it's where It's one of the last remaining outfits that exists is the patience of consistency.
1:03It's being willing to do the same thing over and over again without immediate reward. And that is the thing that almost nobody else is willing to do, which is why all the fruits are on the other side of consistency because so few willing people are able to take it. But the thing is is it is simple. It's just hard because there's so many every day that you have to do something, there's a hundred reasons not to do it. And there's only one reason to do it. It's far in the future and you have to convince yourself that that reason is worth it. If you're business owner and you're not growing as fast as you'd like, I'd like to give you a free gift. So, my team and I put together the $100 million scaling roadmap, which is basically 200 hours of us looking over all the portfolio companies we've had and what stages of growth they went through and more importantly, where they got stuck and how they got past it. And so we broke it into these 10 stages and we made this little kind of quiz thing where if you put in your business information, it'll tell you where you're at and the most important part for you, what to do for each of functions of the business across product, marketing, sales, customer success, recruiting, IT, human resources, and finance. And so, no matter what you're struggling with, someone else has already struggled with it and solved it. And so, I'd like to give you this thing absolutely free. You go to acquisition.com/roadmap, plug in your business information, and if you want us to actually help you deconstruct the business and you're trying to scale, we'd love to help you out. On the thank you page, you can just book a call with my team, and we will look at the business, see if we can help, and if we can, we'll invite you out to Vegas and we'll do this in person live.
