And so like gym launch for example, someone needed to sign up for CRM, you know, in the early days it might have been supplements that before we had ours um and you know two other things that they need. So I had my onboarding rep, her KPI was the first thing she would do is she would just click all of our affiliate links with them and make sure that 100% of people clicked our affiliate links to get that stuff set up. And within the first month, the MR from affiliates was like5 or $6,000 a month, which covered her.

And so if you have an onboarding process where someone actually has to start doing some sort of tools, having that can just offset because you're like, I, you know, I'm hesitant to to bring someone on. It's like, well, you can make them a profit center.
