Its a better use of time to ask successful people what they gave up in order to be successful r

Alex says he works out two to two and a half hours almost daily, not because it's optimal, but because he can afford to. He argues people who earn money then skip workouts for more work are wasting the freedom they earned.

0:00I work out like two to two and a half hours, almost every day of the week. It is not good for my joints. It is not something that is like productive or biohacking. I do it cuz I like it. Some of you guys here make tons and tons of money and you're like, I really wish I could work out longer, but I only have 45 minutes because I have work to do. It's like work to do to do what? To make money. Why do we make the money? So that we have the freedom to do whatever we want to do. And so we're sacrificing our freedom in order to make the money. And so I'm like, well, that seems a bit stupid. I also can understand that I say this from the position that I'm currently at. And I think at some point I was just like, I make too much [ __ ] money to not be able to work out when I want to work out. And I'd say that not in in a self-aggrandizing way, but more so in a ridiculous way yelling at myself for how dumb it is to not do that.
