Lucy Is Lazy

0:00Lucy's lazy. It's like, okay, hold on. Why am I saying she's lazy? What was the first moment I thought it? You know, I slacked her and it took her like 2 hours to respond. And I did it like two other times in like the middle of the day. Okay, what else? One time she showed up to a meeting and she like didn't have her prepared. Anything else? No. That's it. Okay, well then maybe she's not lazy. Maybe she needs to respond faster to slacks and she needs to come prepared to meetings. So, when I talk to Lucy, I'm going to say, "Hey, people are driving you as lazy. I would like to decrease the likelihood that happens. These are the things you do that cause them to say that. So, if you stop doing these things, the likelihood that this happens goes down. Now, if other people call her lazy, then I'd be like, "Ooh, what she do?" Or what did she not do? It's like, "Ooh, that's another one. Lucy, by the way, you showed up late."
