People want to be entrepreneurs right now because it's cool, and there's lots of status associated with it. But, most of entrepreneurship is lonely, the road is long, and the load is heavy. The reason people aren't successful is because they cannot take the emotional burden of dealing with discomfort again and again and again, and then persevering. If you're consistently growing, then it means you're consistently stretching, and that stretch is going to be uncomfortable, which means you have to get comfort in a emotional state that is consistently uncomfortable, and most people cannot do that.
