0:00three Black Friday and holidays promotions that print money every time I run them. Knowing how to run these is paramount for stacking cash during the last quarter of the year. So, the first one is one that I call the gift card strategy. Think about stuff that you would normally give away. A month's worth of service, let's say it's $200. You would say, "Hey, I'm selling $200 gift cards for 90% off. Limit three per person." Put a limit in so that they buy three, not so they buy one. When the customer purchases the gift card, you want them to tell you who they're buying the gift card for. They can't use them on their self. That's how you prevent people getting 90% off future services.
