0:00Uh, I own an audio visual company. We do AV and production for events. Basically, what you see in this room for a corporate event on a slightly larger scale. We're at 3.8 in revenue. So, I want to be at 10 million. What I do feel is that we don't have a predictable funnel. >> So, how do you currently get clients? What do you do? >> So, I go to networking events, just my friends and what not in the industry in New York City. Just been doing it for so long. Punching the pounding the pavement, doing that kind of thing. Not scalable, obviously.
0:31>> Not scalable? >> It it is. >> Oh, okay. Honestly, the the services that you have are pretty easy to advertise. Running all these events, many times the people who are customers of the events are also potentially your customers. You can negotiate a basically discount off of your main service so that you can advertise to those people. That probably on its own, if you just did that, would probably fuel your funnel. You could do targeted LinkedIn outreach. Uh, the nice thing is that you can find the event coordinators because you can see their titles and you can reach out to them and then we need to make an offer that's so good they feel stupid saying no. Go to uh, all the trade shows that are in New York City, of which there are many, and you can go to the booth and be like, here's all the things that are up with this one.
1:12>> [laughter] >> Um, and we'll show you how we how we do events. >> Right. >> Uh, basically put together case studies of how people will for every dollar they give you, they're getting 10 or 20 X on that. Because if you're getting, you know, 20K 30K for the event, and they're probably spending obviously other money besides the AV, but they can make 300 500 a million on the event, the numbers look silly by comparison. And so that makes you a value added rather than a pure commoditized service. If I had to be a betting man, which I am, um, I would encourage you to just go to more trade shows. And so like, there's no reason that this doesn't quote scale and if you ever get to a point where you're like, I don't want to do one of these every other day, you just have someone else do it.
1:49>> Right.
