0:00I get asked all the time, how do I have such exceptional calves? And it's mostly a joke because I had pulse for calves for a very long time. And I didn't wear shorts for two years, threw them all out, only wore pants. And I also started this training routine. I started training calves first every single workout. So I didn't do anything before calves. I started training 10 sets of calves every single day. And so I would do five sets seated, five sets standing because it works different parts of your calf. Learned that you can do a lot more volume than you expect. You're working out five days a week, you can do 10 sets five days a week. I used to think you only work a muscle once a week. Calves you walk around every single day on, you go upstairs on them. They can take a beating and you have to beat them up in order to grow them. You have to get a big stretch and a big squeeze at the top. And so it's far more about the quality of the repetition, quality of the squeeze, than it is about the actual reps. And so if you do those four things, calves will grow. This also works for every other lagging body part that you have.
